At Enterprise Therapy Center (ETC) it is our mission to provide our patients and their families with superior outpatient physical therapy care. Our Owners
Founded in May 2002 by Enterprise natives and lifelong friends Allen Bryan and Brent Purvis, Enterprise Therapy Center was built on a simple vision: to provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy in a caring, family-oriented environment. As graduates of Enterprise High School and experienced physical therapists with more than 45 years of combined expertise, Allen and Brent have remained committed to serving the community they call home. Their locally owned, non-corporate approach allows them to focus on what matters most—building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized, high-quality care to every patient. Through their involvement in local churches, schools, charities, businesses, and community organizations, they have invested in Enterprise and the surrounding area for decades. We would like to take a moment to thank you for allowing us to serve Enterprise and the surrounding communities with outpatient physical therapy services. Since opening our doors in 2002, our mission has remained unchanged—to provide the highest level of professional, compassionate, and comprehensive physical therapy care while building lasting relationships with our patients, one person at a time.
As Enterprise natives and graduates of Enterprise High School, we are proud to call this community home. As a locally owned, single-location practice, we have chosen to remain independent so that every decision we make is focused on what matters most—our patients and our community. Unlike corporate-owned clinics, our commitment is 100% invested in the people we serve right here in Enterprise and the surrounding Wiregrass area.
Patient satisfaction and exceptional outcomes continue to be our highest priorities. We are honored to serve Enterprise, Fort Rucker, New Brockton, Daleville, Elba, and neighboring communities in a friendly, family-oriented, and professional environment.
Conveniently located on Professional Lane, our 6,000-square-foot facility features a spacious rehabilitation gym, 12 private treatment rooms, and a dedicated area for workers' compensation and industrial rehabilitation patients. We are committed to staying at the forefront of physical therapy by equipping our team with the latest evidence-based techniques and advanced rehabilitation equipment to help our patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
