STRETCHING

One of the best things you can do for your body is stretch. And it’s even better when someone can do it for you.

EnterStretch is our brand-new boutique stretch studio. Our assisted stretching program utilizes a specific technique called fascial stretch technique which is customized to each individual by our specialists to improve the flexibility and range of motion in tight parts of the body. This technique is relaxing and pain free! Stretch therapy sessions consist of 30 or 60 minutes of stretching. We do all the work. You just come in, relax and get the relief you need.

HOW IT WORKS

We always encourage self-stretching but sometimes you need assistance from a professional to show you the right technique and methodology to get a deeper stretch than you could get on your own. We focus on those tough areas and customize the stretching for your body. We use treatment tables with assisted straps and take you through stretching routines that target those hard-to-reach tight areas in your body. Before getting started, we will talk to you about any injuries you’ve dealt with, determine your current flexibility and see where you need assisted stretching the most and how we can get the relief you’re looking for. EnterStretch is here to help you.

OUR TEAM

Kristi Brown

Kristi was born and raised in Enterprise, AL. She graduated from Enterprise High School and attended Troy State University. After many successful years in the sign business as a top sales person and a senior project manager, she started a family.

In 2022 she accomplished many professional certifications. First as a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and second a certified practitioner through Frederick Stretch Therapy (FST).

Currently Kristi is a Certified FST Practitioner at EnterStretch located within Enterprise Therapy Center. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. She has a passion for helping people feel better and improve their overall health and well-being.

Kristi is married to Hillman Brown, also from Enterprise. They have three amazing boys, Harrison (17), Preston (14) and John-Maxwell (10) that keep her busy and traveling with three sports, football, basketball and baseball. They are members of First Baptist Church of Enterprise and she is a member of Sesame Study Club.

She is super excited to be part of Enterprise Therapy Center! Come see her and allow her to help you feel better and "Stretch to Win".

Misty Kay Martin

Misty is a long time native of Enterprise. She moved to Enterprise in 1992 when her father was stationed at Fort Rucker. She is a graduate of Enterprise High School and attended college at Enterprise State Community College on a volleyball scholarship. Following her volleyball career at Enterprise State she transferred to Troy University Dothan to pursue her bachelors degree in business. After college she worked several years in the finance and accounting industry. She and her family then made the decision for her to become a full time mom. During this time, she took an interest in personal training, coaching volleyball, and performing CrossFit. She continued that journey and earned her National Personal Trainer Certification as well as her Fredrick Fascial Stretch (FST) Practitioner certification. She continues to be actively involved in her community as well as with her children and family.

She is happily married to her loving husband Gabe Martin who is also from Enterprise. Misty and Gabe have four wonderful daughters Madison (21), Kaylee (15), Ashlyn (10) and Avery(10) who keep them on the go! From volleyball tournaments to dance competitions is where you can usually find the Martin family on the weekends!

Currently Misty is a Certified FST Practitioner at EnterStretch located within Enterprise Therapy Center. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Misty believes maintaining an active lifestyle is imperative to living a long and healthy life! She is looking forward to helping her clients improve their mobility, and making it easier for them to stay active!
